In case, for any reason you've deleted any of the elements or pages, you may get their code from the Live Preview instead of re-importing the demo content again.
Step 1 – Click the button "Get the code" of the element you want to copy or click on "Get all codes" to get the code of particular page. Next select the text and choose to copy it.
Please note that "Get all codes" page is usually at the end of each sub-menu:
Step 2 – Create a new page in your WordPress admin, then set the local page options.
Step 3 – Next click on the TEXT tab (not the VISUAL tab) and paste the content into the field. Publish the page and you're done!
